Dr. Sean Younai Reviews on Yelp and Google Places.

Have you read Dr. Sean Younai reviews on local search review sites such as Google Places or Yelp?

Google, as the most widely used search engine, has a large audience who regularly post their reviews of local business and doctors on Google Places. Google+ plastic surgery reviews of Dr. Younai has generally been very positive and encouraging.

Yelp.com, with over 71 million unique monthly visitors in 2012 has become a household name for local search reviews of restaurants, business, and even plastic surgeons. Unfortunately, there are a tremendous number of business owners who believe that Yelp is removing their good reviews and mostly showing their bad reviews because they refuse to advertise with yelp and pay them money! I am one of those business owners who were approached by Yelp sale people to advertise with them after Yelp filter buried many of my actual patient’s good reviews, and instead, placed suspicious bad reviews on my first page. How do we know this? When we approached some of these people to inquire about their complaints, they asked for money in return for removing their bad reviews. This is sad and unjust!

There are over 5000 before and after plastic surgery pictures of Dr. Younai’s patients on his web site. These results are testimony to Dr. Younai’s level of skill and patient care as a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. This is why patients routinely come from not only Southern California, but from the entire United States, as well as abroad to get plastic surgery by Dr. Younai. This success can only be built by delivering patients quality results and service. To give Dr. Younai’s patients an opportunity to share their plastic surgery experience and to voice their opinions we offer a Patient Forum where they post their comments, before and after pictures, and tips.  We hope that it would give new patients a way of educating themselves about their plastic surgery endeavor.

tummy tuck for African America women- Abdominoplasty pictures

The ideal for a beautiful figure differs much between African-American women and Caucasians; not only in Los Angeles or Southern California, but through-out the United States of America. While most Caucasian women seek cosmetic plastic surgery in order to obtain a smaller and more petite figure, most African-American women don’t mind being full bodied. Instead, they rather have a curvaceous figure with a full buttock. The failure to note this difference in expectations among different ethnicities can often lead to the disappointment of African-American women who have gone through plastic surgery, only to find themselves with a less attractive “stick-figure” body. The first picture is that of an African-American women who had a tummy tuck in Beverly Hills. She told me that while she got rid off her hanging abdominal skin fold with a tummy tuck she still did not like the final result of her Abdominoplasty because of lack of shape. The second photo is that of the same woman after a revision abdominoplasty and liposuction by me. Note the difference in shape, curves, and figure. This is what most African American women say they want. Black women don’t necessarily want to get thinner, but more curvaceous. As the ethnic diversity changes in the United States plastic surgeons should pay closer attention to the notion of beauty among different ethnicities.
